What We Do

We strive to bring awareness to the special needs community and support activities that let them thrive mentally, socially and physically. We also donate to other non-profits that support the Special Olympics, private schools, camps, animal therapy, athletic opportunities and more.

We have been able to bridge gaps for families in need, by helping with wheelchair ramps, medical bills, and education issues. Sometimes we are a smiling face giving a teddy bear to a child in need.

Our commitment to bridging financial gaps reflects our belief in the power of community support and solidarity to create lasting change. Our goal is to meet and assist the needs of the community as they arise.

The Inspiration

I started this organization because I am a mom that has struggled myself. I have a daughter that suffered from severe scoliosis in which she underwent immense treatments and finally major surgery to help her. In addition, my youngest son was diagnosed with autism at age 3. I encountered many difficult things and road blocks along the way with trying to help them, and my friends and family saw my struggle. In trying to find resources and help for my family, it became readily apparent that
it was extremely difficult to find information needed and financial aid, and the lack of support was clear. I really felt the calling to be able to expand my reach and help other in any way I could. In 2019 a few of my friends and I attended a local fund-raising event for the Enumclaw Special Olympics and we were inspired to get involved as we could see the need for more resources in our rural community.
